TORONTO — A new residential development in Toronto’s Bridle Path neighbourhood is set to feature 62 homes across five storeys designed by architect Richard Wengle in what is the first new project in the area in over 20 years, states developer North Drive.
Located at the corner of Bayview Avenue and Post Road, the condominium will offer expansive suites, with opportunities for suite combination, ceiling heights up to 12 feet, outdoor terraces and green spaces, states a release.
It will also offer valet service, a private dining room with a catering kitchen, a fitness facility, pickleball court and golf simulator.
Architect Richard Wengle describes it as “a building that draws from classical design principles but interprets them through a modern lens. Every detail — from its covered terraces to its proportioned windows — was designed to resonate with its surroundings and stand the test of time.”
Jordan Morassutti, co-founder of North Drive, called it the “gateway to the Bridle Path.
“For us, this project represents the culmination of years of thoughtful planning and collaboration with an exceptional team. We are proud to deliver a residence that embodies timeless elegance and respects the surrounding community, while also opening up new opportunities for buyers.”
