RJC Engineers announces three new principals, four new associates

VANCOUVER — RJC Engineers is adding to its leadership roster with three new principals and four new associates.

According to a release, with these appointments, RJC’s leadership has grown to 55 principals and 55 associates as the organization rings in its 77th year of business in 2025.

The new additions are from various segments of the business, from structural engineering and building science and restoration, to sustainability, project leadership and technical innovation.

RJC’s new principals are as follows:

  • Matthew Lipiec, structural – Toronto
  • Jason Guldin, building science and restoration – Victoria
  • Sameer Hasham, building science and restoration – Victoria

RJC new associates are as follows:

  • Craig Dunham, structural – Toronto
  • Garrett Perkins, building science and restoration – Kingston
  • Nensi Baboci, building science and restoration – Toronto
  • Peter Dias, building science and restoration – Victoria

“2025 marks over 70 years as a fully employee-owned organization. This appointment of new leaders supports RJC’s continued growth from coast to coast,” says Jeff Rabinovitch, chair of RJC Engineers’ board of directors, in a statement.
